What are your payment options?
At hygge:liv we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments will be debited and cleared from your account when you order your hygge:liv product.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the hygge:liv website
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in AUD on www.hyggeliv.com.au
When will my item be processed once purchased?
Our business hours are Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
All orders placed before 10am (AEST) on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the hygge:liv warehouse.
We work with Australia Post. Together we work extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some instances that can cause unavoidable delays. we apologise in advance.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been confirmed?
Hygge:liv will review each request individually and based on the reasoning will decide if an order can be cancelled or amended. Items located in our gift collection cannot be cancelled or amended. Please email email@example.com with any queries regarding order changes.
My address is wrong, can I update this?
Yes, providing the change is made before the item has been shipped. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our very best to update the shipping address to avoid your item being sent to the wrong address.

We are not able to ship to PO boxes as we require a signature as proof of delivery or an authority to leave card.

How do you source your unused fabrics?
All of our hygge:liv fabrics are unused. These have been sourced globally. We have worked hard to ensure we’ve hand-picked the best quality fabrics for our products. If you have any questions about the sourcing of our fabrics please contact us at email@example.com
How do I care for my purchase?
Due to the nature of using unused fabrics it isn’t always possible to know the fibre content. All of our products are double sided or reversible, often resulting in the use of several fabrics in the one product. Therefore, we state the following on each product:
Cushion cover manufactured from remnants, care treatment and fibre content unknown.
We recommend you take to a dry cleaner, they may be able to advise on best form of treatment. A light spot clean may also be applied to some of our products.
How do i carefully handle my beautiful new purchase?
Each hygge:liv product is made out of high quality, luxe unused fabrics. We ask that you be careful when handling the product. Our fabrics are delicate. Please take care when removing and inserting the insert. We consider each product to be vintage, designed to stand the test of time. However please take care when handling and using the zip.
Do your products come with an insert?
All of our hygge:liv products come with a high quality insert. Our Standard, European, Lounge and Slim Lounge come with the below insert:
100% Grey Duck Feather filling 100% Cotton Cover. Dry Clean Only.
Our floor cushions come with the following insert:
ECO- Friendly cushion insert. Recycled PET Fibre. Hand wash and line dry.
How to use your insert carefully?
When using the insert, place the top of the insert into the zip end of the cushion. Then gently position the rest of the insert.
What does one of a kind design mean?
All hygge:liv products are one of a kind designs. This means they are all unique. However, some may be similar in appearance with a difference in design features. We consider each product to be like a piece of art.
Are your garments the same colour as they appear on the website?
We aim to ensure all images are reflective of the actual product. However, sometimes different tech devices show images in slightly different ways. Please use our images as a reference for the product you’re ordering. Exchanges based on the above will be treated as a change of mind and the standard refund and exchange terms and conditions apply.
