Delivery times

We work with Australia Post. Together we work extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some instances that can cause unavoidable delays. we apologise in advance. Please this website to find out more about delivery times.

For Domestic orders:
For all orders going within Victoria approx. 2 - 5 Business days.
For all orders going interstate approx. 3 - 10 Business days.

All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign
for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to
locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on
the following business day.

Missing or delayed orders

 

If your order has gone missing, please email us
at hello@hyggeliv.com.au so we can find out what has happened.
Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is lost in transit,
we reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a
replacement order. hygge:liv does not offer refunds on items that are
showing that the item has been received.

 

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number as part of our dispatch email,
which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your hygge;liv product, please contact us by
emailing hello@hyggeliv.com.au along with your order number to
arrange for a refund or exchange. Return postage costs are at the
responsibility of the customer, unless hygge:liv agrees the item is faulty.
We aim to ensure all images are reflective of the actual product.
However, sometimes different people’s computers show images in
slightly different ways. Please use the image as a reference for the
product you are ordering. Exchanges based on the above will be
treated as a change of mind and the standard refund and exchange
terms and conditions apply.

Conditions of return:
● You must notify us within 5 days of receiving product if you would like to return an item
● You must return goods to us within 10 days
● Goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags intact
● Please use a traceable delivery method and document your tracking number.

Order Processing


Our business hours are Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
All orders placed before 10am (AEST) on these days will be dispatched
the same day. Orders placed after 10am (AEST) will be dispatched the
next working day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on
the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order
leaves the hygge:liv warehouse.
